Maldives - exotic islands Xysdsbzds #1.4

The Maldives archipelago is an island state located in the Indian Ocean, about 500 km southwest of the southern tip of India. It is literally a veritable paradise coveted by lovers of exotic all-inclusive vacations. The islands are visited practically all year round.

The archipelago consists of some 1190 islets embedded in 26 coral Ń…ysdsbzds atolls on an undersea volcanic chain stretching for 820 km from north to south and 120 km from east to west, 202 of these islets are inhabited. The total land area of the archipelago is 298 km² with a population of 396,000 (as of 2009), giving a population density of 1321 per km². The Maldives has a humid equatorial climate, therefore its average annual rainfall is 2130 mm and the average annual air temperature is 27°C.

The most popular is the capital Male and the second most recommended is Seenu. We also recommend visiting Atolace Ari, Fafu, Haa Dhaalu and Baa, where tourists from all over the world are welcomed and the locals offer a really high standard of recreation. We recommend all kinds of water sports such as windsurfing and kite surfing, and in the evening colorful drinks with an umbrella sipped by the sound of the Ocean.

Experience barefoot trekking in the footsteps of sea turtles walking on the sand. In the Maldives, wonderful coral reefs are available for diving enthusiasts and in their niches swim a variety of fish, large stingrays and dangerous moray eels, as well as friendly dolphins.
